Production Worker

We are looking for production workers for our client in Laitila, operating in the technology industry. The position is permanent. Our client operates both domestically and internationally, offering manufacturing subcontracting services to well-known large customers. Duties include assembly and line work in manufacturing (e.g., clamping, maintaining the finishing line, hanging and other manufacturing tasks). Success in the job requires energy, precision, and responsibility for one’s own work. Experience with reading metal parts images used in manufacturing is a plus. Working languages are Finnish or English, with Ukrainian also workable. We expect an active work attitude and some prior work experience. Start is with a fast timeline. Work hours are 40h/week, weekends off. Two shifts, possibly three shifts at some stage. Good onboarding. We offer an interesting role in a growing company, plenty of work and friendly colleagues.
