This vacancy is for a qualified early childhood social worker (varhaiskasvatuksen sosionomi) at Y.E.S. Päiväkoti in Vantaa. The role is part of a multidisciplinary team and includes planning, implementing and evaluating pedagogical activities in collaboration with other professionals. You will be responsible for family cooperation in upbringing, promoting community and inclusion, and contributing to the wellbeing of children and families. The unit operates a bilingual environment (English and Finnish) and is located on Hagelstamintie in Pakkaala, Vantaa. The team consists of eight groups, including two preschool groups. The position is permanent and full-time with a weekly schedule of 38 h 15 min and a day shift. We value a flexible, positive and collaborative approach, with attentive, child-centered practice.
