Shift Manager

We are seeking a Shift Manager for Hesburger Linnanmaa in Oulu to join us on a permanent basis. The contract entails 60 hours over 3 weeks, with starting date in September 2026. At Hesburger Linnanmaa you’ll work within the Hesburger network under the Restaurant world. You’ll receive thorough onboarding, team support, and opportunities to grow into a shift leadership role as you manage daily operations, customer interactions, and successful outcomes. We expect you to be a capable team contributor, bring Hesburger concept know-how or experience in team leadership, be solution-oriented, positive and inspiring, and able to create a good atmosphere for customers and colleagues. You communicate fluently in Finnish; additional languages are a plus. You are a clear and encouraging communicator and quickly adopt digital tools. You keep the strings in your hands even in busy times and motivate the team to pull together. The role requires you to be of legal working age. The shift pattern fits your life, and you have the possibility to work all days within the store’s opening hours. The salary for this role falls between €14.37 and €15.57 per hour, depending on the candidate’s prior industry experience. As a shift manager you will also be eligible for an incentive/bonus of up to €1.69 per hour. Interested? Apply by 2 Sept 2026.
