We are seeking a speech therapist to join our Hämeenlinna team. The role includes pediatric one-on-one therapy conducted at our premises or in the child’s daily environment in Hämeenlinna and surrounding areas (home, daycare, school). Our clinic’s services also include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, LAKU-family rehabilitation, and Oma väylä rehabilitation. The team comprises professionals from different rehabilitation fields. In our multidisciplinary team we learn from each other to provide high-quality rehabilitation for our clients. Your direct supervisor will be a rehabilitation professional who ensures everyday operations so you can focus on clinical work. We value support and encouragement for professional growth and a healthy balance between work and personal life. You may be employed under a fixed-term contract or as a self-employed practitioner. Part-time work is also possible. For a full-time monthly salary, depending on experience and service area, the range is €4,030–€4,739. We offer flexible working hours on weekdays. You may also choose our hourly-based pay model, which can result in an average monthly income of €4,000–€6,500 depending on workload. Work start date is as agreed.
