Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join us in a permanent position in Vantaa. As Maintenance Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily coordination of maintenance operations, processing work orders, and supporting maintenance staff and customers. You ensure that maintenance work proceeds as planned, documentation is up to date and customers receive high-quality service. Key duties: - Receive and process service requests, fault reports and work orders. - Schedule maintenance and upkeep work together with supervisors. - Coordinate technicians' tasks and the use of resources. - Maintain work orders, service reports and other documents in the systems. - Support the collection and checking of invoicing information. - Monitor maintenance work, scheduled maintenance and agreed service-level requirements. - Serve customers by phone and email. - Support the maintenance manager in daily operations. You will enjoy working at Caverion if you have: - Suitable technical, property-sector or commercial education. - Good IT skills. - Good customer service and organisational skills. - The ability to manage several tasks at the same time. - 1–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination or office work. - Fluent Finnish. Experience with maintenance log systems (for example, Granlund Manager and FIMX), familiarity with the SAP enterprise resource planning system, and knowledge of building services or property services are considered advantages.
