Principal, Product Management Operations (FIN, SWE, NOR) - M-Files Oy - Remote - Global

The Principal, Product Management Operations owns how AI is embedded into the product development lifecycle across the Product Management organization. This is not an advisory or evangelism role. It is an operational and strategic execution role: designing, deploying, and running the AI-augmented PDLC processes that allow M-Files' PM team to operate at higher speed, higher quality, and lower cognitive overhead than peer organizations. The role works directly with the VP of Product Management and is accountable for measurable outcomes: faster cycle times, better signal-to-noise in discovery, and AI-first ways of working that become the M-Files operating standard. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining the AI-First product management lifecycle, owning tooling and workflow automation, building scalable discovery pipelines, defining AI tool usage, establishing quality standards, defining PM competency, onboarding, enforcing output standards, tracking operational metrics, and connecting process performance to product outcomes. The role aims to streamline processes, shorten time-to-market, enhance collaboration, and scale team capabilities. It is not a technology enthusiast position but focuses on operational improvements. Requirements include 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS, hands-on AI tool experience, process design, and ability to work in a PE-backed environment. Preferred experience includes enterprise content management, AI knowledge management, and regulated industry contexts. The role emphasizes outcome measurement, process as product mindset, and continuous iteration.
