Production worker needed for Turku. We are seeking a skilled production worker/assembler for the assembly-phase tasks in motor block production for our industrial client in Turku. Tasks include deburring and hand drilling, washing and packaging, partial assembly, quality assurance, and other production tasks according to your skills and interests. We expect you to have a careful and persistent work attitude, ability to read drawings, good manual skills, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Finnish language proficiency is required, and you should be prepared for 2-shift work and weekend shifts. Previous experience in metal industry production (e.g., machining), English language skills, and crane operation experience are beneficial. We offer long-term stable employment in a growing manufacturing company with thorough onboarding and a supportive team, opportunities to develop your skills, and compensation according to the Technology Industry Collective Agreement, starting from €15-€17/hour.
