We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to work on an industrial project in Lohja. The role starts around September–October 2026 and lasts approximately 18 months. Your duties include leading construction work in accordance with the building regulations, managing the site as a whole and ensuring the schedule, quality and safety, communicating with authorities and taking part in inspections, directing and supervising subcontractors to ensure contract-compliant performance, maintaining documentation and reporting to the project organisation. Requirements include previous experience in similar roles on industrial projects, training as a construction foreman or civil engineer, good knowledge of building laws and regulations, the ability to lead the site independently and responsibly while managing larger scopes, strong IT skills, and a moderate level of English. Accommodation can be arranged at the worksite if needed.
