About the Role As a Test Engineer, your main responsibility is to maintain, test, and upgrade our ALD thin-film coating products. You will primarily work with our own demo and R&D systems, giving you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full product portfolio. Your work will include periodic and ad hoc maintenance, installation and testing of delivery systems, as well as assembling and validating product upgrades. You will also play an important role in ensuring laboratory safety, cleanliness, and operational reliability. Documenting completed work and communicating findings, issues, and improvement proposals to internal stakeholders are essential parts of your daily routine, with the aim of improving system uptime and performance. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and test delivery systems Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on lab tools Assemble, test, and validate system and product upgrades Follow laboratory cleanliness, safety, and operational guidelines Create and support safety initiatives and related reporting Document maintenance activities and communicate findings to internal teams Are You the One We Are Looking For? Minimum 5 years of experience in the technical industry Technical or technician background Knowledge or experience in mechanics, automation, pneumatics, or related fields Ability to work independently with a precise, proactive, and structured work style Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders Fluent in English, both written and spoken Good skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
