Membership Recruiter

We are looking for membership recruiters to join our partner Veronmaksajain Keskusliitto Ry team to strengthen the staff. Veronmaksajain Keskusliitto provides excellent services that benefit everyone from students to pensioners. As a membership recruiter you will play a significant role in growing the association's activities. We offer you solid training and ongoing coaching to succeed in your role. Our customer registers are tailored for different target groups to reach the right people with the right message. You will be expected to have an interest and understanding of financial and tax issues, a sense of timing and life experience, and the ability to follow current events in the world and in Finland. We value a steady approach to customer interactions and prior customer service or sales experience is a plus. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, fluent Finnish, and basic computer skills. Working days are usually weekdays 8:45–16 with a 30-minute lunch break and three coffee breaks. Our office is located in the city centre with good transport links. The guaranteed salary provides security; with commissions and bonuses you can expect about 2,000 €/month after the first month, and 3,000–4,000 €/month as you develop. We also have ongoing contests for trips abroad, events, bonuses, and gift cards. Our team is energetic and like-minded; openness, flexibility and mutual understanding are part of daily life.
