AI Software Developer

We are looking for AI Software Developers who want to help our clients across various industries transform AI experiments into scalable, secure, and value-creating solutions. You will be part of a growing area with around 20 consultants in Cloud, AI, and system development. You will work with colleagues from all over Solita with expertise in data, strategy, and more, sharing knowledge and perspectives. Your day may start with a standup meeting with your team at the client site, sometimes with more colleagues from Solita. You might work from our Stockholm office, the client’s office, or from home. You will develop, deploy, and optimize agent-based and data-driven systems that help clients make better decisions or automate processes intelligently, working with tools like LangChain, TensorFlow, AI Foundry, and Semantic Kernel. You will work with cloud-based AI services, implementing solutions with DevSecOps and IaC, and designing and implementing AI architectures such as RAG and AI agents. You should be able to communicate in Swedish and English, and have experience with system development, especially in C# .NET or Java Spring Boot, RAG or AI-agent architecture, and modern frameworks like Semantic Kernel or LangChain. You should care about code quality, readability, and sustainability, and enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from others.
