Store Locksmith

We are seeking a Store Locksmith for Loihde’s Security Solutions (SeSo) business unit in Pietarsaari. In this role you will work across customer service and lock/security solutions as part of a skilled team. You will operate in a store environment, serving customers in person and by phone, and preparing various lock and security-related tasks. Daily work is varied and carried out in collaboration with other office staff and technicians. At Loihde’s Security Solutions unit, more than 400 specialists work across Finland. We protect our customers’ people and premises and help ensure business continuity. By combining our services with Loihde’s broad expertise in data, cybersecurity, cloud and digital services, we create stronger security and a better user experience. What will you do? - Customer service in-store and by phone - Key preparation - Preparation work for lock and security tasks - Daily collaboration with installers and office staff - Support the smooth daily operation of the store What do we expect from you? - You are service-minded and proactive, interest in technology, and comfortable working independently and in a team - You must be at least 18 years old - B driver's license - Customer-friendly work attitude - Interest in technical work - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Fluent Finnish and good or basic Swedish and English skills Nice to have: previous experience or training in a technical field (e.g., metal, electrical or locksmith/security) Practical information Location: The work takes place in Pietarsaari and the role is on-site in-store. Salary: Exact pay is determined by your skill level and will be clarified as the recruitment progresses.
