About the role

We are seeking a child care worker for Håkansböle day care in Vanda. You will be part of the pedagogical team and collaborate with multiprofessional teams to support young children in everyday life. The unit focuses on language and communication, play, and well-being, and participates in the ProSmå project to strengthen socio-emotional skills. The new Silva day care is under construction and will replace the current Håkansböle; you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the new facility with a focus on pedagogy, community, and the child’s best. You should be able to cooperate in a team, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to each child’s individual needs.
