Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a permanent Early Childhood Education Teacher to Havukallion Daycare in Vantaa, starting 1 September 2026. Havukallion Daycare is located in a nature-rich residential area with good transport connections. The facility has five groups and recently renovated spaces to support engaging learning environments. Our pedagogy emphasizes emotional and social skills and language development, with a focus on individual approaches for each child. You will work with a supportive team, including special education teachers, and participate in mentoring student teachers. We value flexibility, collaborative spirit, and a commitment to high-quality pedagogy. Requirements include strong Finnish language skills (spoken and written) and good teamwork abilities. The recruitment process may include video interviews, and the position is full-time with a 6-month probation period. Remuneration is according to the municipal education labour agreement, with monthly salary in the range of 3,129.71–3,234 EUR and additional allowances for certain qualifications.
