Practical Nurse

We are now looking for practical nurses for casual shifts on a private hospital ward in Helsinki, specializing in orthopedics. Duties include postoperative care and monitoring, as well as guidance. You will work as a nurse's assistant. Shifts are mainly weekday night shifts. We require a practical nurse degree, fluent Finnish language skills, and valid LOVE licenses with experience in more demanding medication administration. If needed, LOVE licenses can be obtained through us. We expect you to be able to work in a team as well as independently with a rehabilitative nursing approach. Prior ward experience and orthopedics specialization are preferred. Before starting the employment, you must meet the health compatibility requirement under the Communicable Diseases Act §48. As a casual worker under a framework contract, you set when you want to work and which sites interest you. Our employees receive compensation under the private social services collective agreement pay scale G22. Salary: 15.72-17.80 €/h. In casual employment, holiday pay of 9% of the hourly wage is paid in addition to the pay. We follow the same pay scale. Work starts as agreed.
