The Opportunity: As an Account Specialist for Partner Onboarding, your key objective is growing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. You will take care of a large portfolio of emerging supply partners and assist in partnership related functions at scale. In this role, you'll get to: Support new and developing accommodation partners with onboarding and basic account setup Reach out to partners to guide them through registration and next steps Share best practices and basic recommendations to help partners improve their performance on Agoda Help partners understand Agoda’s tools and systems using existing materials and training Participate in short-term projects or campaigns to encourage partner program participation Track activities and updates in internal systems and follow clear daily priorities Work closely with your team to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve What you'll need to succeed: We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow. New graduates or up to 2 years of work experience (no prior sales experience required) Native-level Japanese and business-level English (reading and writing) Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, email, internal systems) Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback Clear and professional communication skills Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment with guidance from the team Curious, proactive, and open to trying new ways of working *This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract.
