Team Leader in charge of the Accounts Payable and Receivable team and the related payment flows and systems. Responsible for hands-on work and continuous development of the team’s operations and adoption of new processes. Works with the AP/AR team to provide quality, expert service across the organization, in collaboration with other teams. We look for a candidate with a broad view of financial processes, preferably experience in a shared services environment, and a drive to improve systems and ways of working. The role requires VAT understanding and Finnish accounting law knowledge, strong Finnish and English skills, and familiarity with our systems (DataCycle360, M2, Oracle EBS, Nomentia). Experience with robotics, automation and AI in finance is a plus. The role also values people-oriented leadership and the ability to guide the team toward agreed objectives.
