Jalasjärven Kuntola offers demanding foster care for children and youths aged 10–17. A new 5-bed residential unit is opening, and we seek night shift workers (3). The unit has a total of 15 client places divided into three sub-units. We specialize in intensive care for youths with psychiatric and neuropsychiatric challenges, as well as psychiatric and functional rehabilitation. Our staffing level is high to enable individualized and safe encounters with children and youths. Our primary goal is to provide a stable, activity-based everyday life for the children and youths under adult leadership. We do not treat children or youths with substance abuse or crime-related issues.
