Kitchen Shift Supervisor

StaffPoint is recruiting a Kitchen Shift Supervisor for the airport cafe at Ivalo Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. The airport is a busy and unique work environment where you will meet a variety of customers and use your language skills daily. There are souvenirs and local delicacies for sale. You will work in the airport kitchen mainly between 9:00 and 19:00. You are the right person if you enjoy an international environment. Our customers value friendly and swift service. The work is busy, fast-paced, and every day will be different. The contract starts on 17 November 2026 and is expected to last until 11 April 2027. Full-time 112.5 hours per 3 weeks. The employment relationship is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a non-smoking workplace. We require prior restaurant industry experience; ability to manage overall operations, teamwork skills and a firm supervisory attitude; Finnish and English language skills, other languages are an asset; Hygiene and Alcohol passes; clean background; valid passport / identity card.
