Hitsaaja Oravaisiin We are seeking an experienced welder for our client in Oravainen for a permanent position via Carrot Oy. The job involves MIG/MAG- and TIG-welding on black iron and fabrication of large, demanding structures according to drawings. The role suits someone who enjoys independent work and has strong professional welding skills. The client specializes in contract manufacturing, delivering high-quality metal components and complete solutions for industrial needs. Initially a 6-month fixed-term via Carrot, with potential to convert to a permanent position at the client's site. Work hours are 40h/week; two-shift work is desired. Start date as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Responsibilities include MIG/MAG and TIG welding, mainly on black iron, and fabrication/welding of large structures per drawings. Read and interpret technical drawings independently and execute work from start to finish. You will be precise, thorough and take responsibility for your work. Ability to work independently, with a teammate or as part of a supportive team. We value initiative and genuine interest in the work. Requirements: MIG/MAG and TIG competence, excellent reading of drawings, several years of welding experience, good motivation and ability to work independently, Finnish language skills.
