We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead Architect with strong knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust Pega solutions while driving transformation initiatives across the organization. We collect, assess, and profile customers to support effective cooperation and comply with legal standards. Our Technology team is based in Warsaw and 3City, Poland, within the Financial Crime Prevention Service Area. We work with Java microservices, the PEGA CLM application, and Cloudera/Hadoop data centers. Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. Main responsibilities in this role: Lead the architecture and design of Pega-based solutions, ensuring scalability and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive change and innovation within the organization by introducing best practices and modern approaches. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance. Who you are This is the right role for you if you have: Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega architecture and development. Proven expertise in CLM frameworks and related integrations. Strong understanding of Pega design principles and implementation strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering complex projects. Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your background and skills include: Pega CLSA certification. Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
