Sheet Metal Worker

We are looking for sheet metal workers for permanent and fixed-term production roles mainly in Ostrobothnia. The job involves precise and technical machine shop work in a modern production environment, where skill and careful workmanship are highly valued. Responsibilities include operating bending machines, reading technical drawings, measuring and quality checking parts, adjusting machines during production, programming (e.g., Fanuc), basic maintenance, and safety compliance. We hope you have experience in bending or other metal industry production work, ability to read technical drawings, precise work attitude, good mechanical understanding, independent and responsible work style, desire to develop professionally, and skills in Finnish, Swedish, or English at work level. Previous experience is an advantage but the right attitude and careful work are most important.
