Head Waiter

We are seeking a shift supervisor to lead shifts and teams in two distinct restaurant settings in Hämeenlinna: Verkatehdas restaurant and Museoravintola Hämeen linna. About us: Verkatehdas offers tasty lunches on weekdays and handles catering for events in the Verkatehtaan area. Museoravintola Hämeen linna operates as a contract restaurant in the historic castle setting, serving both corporate and private customers year-round. In summer, guests can enjoy Kruununleipomo’s summer cafe. All restaurants are run by Kanresta Oy, a company driven by a passion to do good, cook great food, and provide excellent customer experiences. Each Kanresta employee contributes to good work. As a shift supervisor you will lead shifts and teams by example and participate in everyday restaurant operations and customer service. You will ensure the shift runs smoothly, the team stays motivated, and customers receive outstanding service. Requirements: experience in the restaurant industry and events; ability to lead and motivate a team; responsible and proactive work attitude; good attitude even in busy times. We offer a varied role where days aren’t identical. Working time: 90 hours per 3 weeks. Salary: €16.70–€18.90 per hour depending on experience, plus shift allowance. Start: as agreed.
