Hovisepät is a Vaasa-based family business with over 60 years in watches and jewelry. We represent internationally respected watch and jewelry brands and uphold high expectations for in-store experience and service. We seek several new team members who want to grow with us as high-level sales and customer service professionals. We offer a long-term position in a stable family business in Vaasa; product brands include those we train on and offer to develop strong expertise. The work is full-time ~37.5 hours/week. Store hours: weekdays 10–18, Saturdays 10–16, Sundays closed. Salary based on experience and skill; we follow the local collective agreement with negotiating room for those with strong expertise. Responsibilities
- Present products in a relaxed, knowledgeable manner; get to know customers and help them find the right option; take care of refreshments and store comfort; follow up with customers after visits; maintain attention to small details such as display and environment; build long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or high-quality customer service is an advantage but not required
- Good Finnish, and ability to serve customers in Swedish and English
