Earthworks Worker

We are looking for an experienced earthworks worker to join our client companies’ worksites locally or on travel assignments across Finland. The job involves a variety of earthmoving tasks at different construction sites. Success in the role requires prior experience in earthworks, pipe installation skills, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with lasers. Worksites across Finland include regions such as North Ostrobothnia, Lapland, Kainuu and Central Finland. Scheduling is project-based, 4/3 or 7/7 rotations. Full-time hours with seasonal variations. Pay is determined according to the infra industry collective agreement and your experience. We expect: previous experience in the infra sector, pipe installation and laser use experience, ability to read drawings, initiative, reliability and a proactive work attitude, and a valid occupational safety and data security card.
