Vocational Instructor

We are seeking a fixed-term vocational instructor for a period from 1 Oct 2026 to 15 Jul 2027 at Keuda, Nurmijärvi campus. The instructor duties include guiding and supporting students as a first point of contact within their responsibility area, acting as a teaching partner in classroom teaching, and supporting the student in job-search and on-the-job learning. In addition, the role requires the ability to plan and implement community-based well-being work in cooperation with other teaching and guidance staff and OH personnel. Requirements include a suitable secondary vocational qualification, understanding of the vocational education environment, experience working with diverse learners in varied learning environments, and experience in planning and implementing student activities. Desirable: excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and self-directed work approach, and teamwork skills. A criminal background check under the Finnish Act 504/2002 must be presented before starting. A four-month probationary period applies. Beneficial: owning a car. The role is primarily in Nurmijärvi Keuda campus, but work may occur at other Keuda campuses.
