We are hiring a Development Manager for Atria’s dairy team in Seinäjoki, Finland. In this permanent position you will lead and coordinate development projects related to beef and dairy production, work with producers and stakeholders, and build international networks. The role includes significant field work such to travel with a car, while some tasks can be done from a home office. You will oversee development and implementation of projects related to beef and dairy production, coordinate international development network collaboration, and develop the beef supply chain with internal and external partners. The position offers an opportunity to influence the entire beef value chain amidst a changing operating environment. The ideal candidate has a suitable university degree (e.g., agronomist, agricultural economics), experience in development projects or business development, understanding of beef production and its environment, strong collaboration skills, analytical, data-driven mindset, ability to see large-scale concepts and drive projects into practical execution, and fluency in Finnish and English.
