Position: We are seeking a Monitoring Coordinator for the Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueen valvontakeskukseen for a fixed-term temporary position from 1 Oct 2026 to 31 Mar 2027. The role is primarily oriented toward health services. As a Monitoring Coordinator you will implement and develop the welfare area's planned and reactive supervision, evaluation and guidance of service providers. Your workday will consist of supervisory, development and guidance tasks where you examine the quality, safety and compliance of self-monitoring across services from a broad perspective. You will work flexibly in different teams and service areas, including in rapidly changing situations. You will collaborate closely with both service providers and authorities. Your goal is to improve the safety of residents, clients and patients and the quality of care, care and services in the welfare region. At the same time you support providers in implementing and evaluating self-monitoring and promote equal standing for service providers. The workplace is in Turku. You will use your skills in varied supervisory and development tasks and participate in continuous development of operating methods and services. Success comes from making decisions under pressure and actively building cooperation with different actors. As a merit higher university degree and experience with oversight of service producers by an organizer or authority is valued. Driving license and the possibility to use your own car for work are also an advantage. Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and adequate Swedish are required. Interested?
