Your duties in a multi-professional team include care and nursing with a rehabilitative approach, monitoring the well-being of multi-ill clients, and medication administration. We value genuine interest and respect for our clients, a proactive work attitude, good collaboration skills and flexibility. You should also be excited to develop new things with other team members. Prior experience in home care is an advantage but not required. The job involves two shifts. You will have the opportunity to influence your shifts; we have autonomous shift planning. Salary: local social services TES. Holidays are negotiable when changing jobs. Salary is paid biweekly. We hire new team members as soon as suitable candidates are found. Jobs can also be started by agreement. We may also offer part-time and on-call work.
