We are seeking a Growth and Communications Director for a permanent role to scale fundraising and strengthen the organization’s impact. The position works closely with the Head of Fundraising to grow donor numbers and gift value across one-off donations, campaigns, corporate giving and major gifts. You will lead branding and strategic communications development, design and execute one-off fundraising campaigns, and nurture partnerships and donor relations. You will also help advance corporate fundraising and testamentary giving strategies, and contribute to sales mindset in fundraising. You will be part of the leadership team, collaborating across functions including marketing and communications, with a view to growing World Vision Finland’s impact and development. Requirements include a track record in marketing, fundraising or communications, ability to implement strategic plans, and fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus. A relevant university degree supports success. The role offers a meaningful, impactful position with potential for international networking and development opportunities.
