- Approximately 5 years of HR experience
- Experience supporting managers through organizational changes and performance management
- Experience with labor law and its practical application
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in industrial settings or familiarity with food industry collective agreements (preferred)
- AMK/higher university degree
- Fluent in Finnish and English
