Leads the responsible adoption of AI tools across the software development lifecycle, ensuring the team owns the quality, security, and correctness of AI-generated code, designs, and other assets. Leads the resolution of complex site incidents and oversees for Designated Responsible Individuals (DRI) and directs the work of other engineers across product lines. Keeps informed of and communicates new standards to ensure that the product development and scaling to customer requirements and applies effective practices for meeting scaling needs and performance expectations and holds accountability for products that do not meet expectations. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years people management experience.
