Media Sales Representative

JDM Media is an agile media and sales house founded in 2015, specialized in media sales, marketing, bookings and various digital customer acquisition services in the B2B sector. Our goal is to shape the industry and be a forerunner in creating innovative sales, customer acquisition and marketing services. As Media and Digital Salesperson your duties include creating your own customer portfolio by acquiring new customers, updating customer registry, making proposals and negotiating deals. We provide modern tools and targeted prospect lists for acquiring new customers. Success in the role requires good organizational skills and decisive self-leadership, a bit of determination and perseverance. We work Monday–Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. Your daily task is to contact potential new customers by phone—entrepreneurs from various industries, CEOs and marketing contacts—and your existing customers as your portfolio grows. The week starts with a Monday team meeting to review the past week and plan the new one, with training and team morale boosting. The work day is 8 hours including breaks. Days are brightened by various contests and bonuses, with rewards for meeting targets on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. We work with a relaxed but goal-driven approach.
