Product Designer

You’ll own Discover end-to-end as the lead designer: identifying opportunities, setting design direction, and shipping work that raises the bar for how discovery feels at Circle. You’ll work closely with a founder-led product team and bring craft, systems thinking, and bottom-up ideas to realize the vision. You’ll join a design team where context is shared openly, ownership is real, and talented people are trusted to do their best work. This role is for designers with deep experience in consumer marketplace products—owning discovery, ranking, and engagement at scale; if your background is primarily in internal tools, CMS platforms, or growth systems, this role may not be a fit. The problem you’ll be solving: Discovery serves two audiences with opposing needs: creators seeking visibility and growth, and consumers seeking signal and trust. AI is the core interaction model, not just a widget. What you’ll be doing: Own end-to-end design, connect platform components, design AI-driven experiences, prototype rapidly with AI tools, and mentor others. Required: 5+ years product design, seniority in product area, proficiency in Figma, strong English, ability to work remotely across time zones, and portfolio demonstrating outcomes.
