Solvalla is a national sports institute in the scenic Noux, Esbo. We offer education, sport, health and nature experiences for companies, organisations, clubs, schools and individuals. Folkhälsan Utbildning Ab is part of Folkhälsan and provides sports education, vocational education, adult education and crafts. Our units are in Esbo, Vörå and Vaasa, with Solvalla a central future investment. We seek a self-starting, results‑oriented salesperson who can build long‑term customer relations and drive business from first contact to sustained collaboration. You will be responsible for B2B sales, maintaining relationships, identifying opportunities and developing new offers and partnerships, and representing Solvalla at client meetings and events. Responsibilities
- Drive proactive B2B sales
- Develop relationships with existing customers and partners
- Identify and realise new business opportunities
- Develop structured sales and customer processes
- Handle quotations, bookings and follow-ups
- Engage in marketing, networking and customer meetings
- Collaborate with operations to create competitive offers
- Represent Solvalla at client visits and external events
- Support achievement of sales and occupancy targets
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and self-motivation
- Good digital skills
- Experience from hospitality, conferences, education, health or sports is advantageous
- Experience with international client relations
- Swedish, Finnish and English fluency in speech and writing
