AV Project Manager

As our service business grows, we are looking for a project manager for AV delivery and installation projects on a permanent basis in Vantaa. This is an interesting role for a commercially minded and proactive AV professional who wants to work with skilled and committed employees and join the international Caverion organisation. In this role, you will: Be responsible for the delivery, finances and quality control of AV delivery and installation projects, ensuring schedules, resources and budgets are managed. Develop customer relationships, offer AV solutions suited to customer needs and take part in quotation calculations. Act as an important link between the customer and our team, ensuring projects progress smoothly. Work on varied projects across customer segments: meeting and training spaces for companies and organisations, public-sector and educational projects, event and trade fair venues, restaurants, hotels and other specialist sites. Tailor our services to each customer’s needs—we install new systems and upgrade or relocate existing solutions. Are you the person we are looking for? You are likely to enjoy working at Caverion if you have: Experience in B2B solution sales and customer relationship development. Knowledge of AV or other technical systems and products. Experience in quotation calculations and developing technical solutions. The ability to understand customer needs and create a technically and commercially viable overall solution. Good project management, organisational and collaboration skills. The ability to work across customers, designers, suppliers and the project organisation. The following will be considered an advantage: Experience with networked AV and AV-over-IP solutions. Experience in public procurement and tendering. Experience in AV project delivery or project management. Product management and procurement skills. Experience developing service-based AV business, such as AVaaS services.
