Order to Cash Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the accounts receivable and cash application processes within Amer Sports’ Kraków office. The role involves handling routine tasks to keep the order-to-cash cycle smooth and accurate, including document collection, dispute tracking, and basic data management. You will work with English-language communications and collaborate with collectors, sales, and finance teams. This entry-level position emphasizes learning, following established procedures, and developing proficiency in SAP and Excel. What you will do: - Collect and upload required documents to customer portals and internal trackers. - Maintain dispute trackers and logs with accurate status updates. - Perform basic Excel tasks (sorting, filtering, simple formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) using team templates. - Respond to internal inquiries from collectors and other departments. - Perform other duties as assigned. What you need to succeed: - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service or similar role. - Two years post-high school education preferred. - Basic SAP knowledge and related tools/applications. - Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, basic pivots, formatting, shortcuts). - Able to follow established processes and procedures accurately. - Basic problem-solving skills with guidance. - Clear communication with internal stakeholders. - Ability to learn independently while seeking support when needed. - Works under close supervision with monitored progress and workload management.
