Housing Manager

Technical property manager sought for Kemijärvi to join Kontio Isännöinti Oy. The role focuses on practical problem solving and having a tangible impact on residents’ daily lives in housing associations. This is a permanent, full-time position under the industry-wide collective agreement for property management professionals. Start date is as agreed; the posting encourages prompt applications. Primary duties include coordinating maintenance and repair needs for housing associations, preparing and supervising contracts, participating in technical inspections and condition assessments, collaborating with boards, owners, residents, and contractors, providing technical customer service and communication, and attending meetings when needed. The role utilises modern digital tools and the Confirma Disponent management system. Preferred background includes technical understanding of building maintenance or construction, suitable technical or commercial education, strong interpersonal skills, proactive and organized work approach, ability to handle multiple tasks, good digital skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365, and ability to stay calm under pressure. Experienced is to be valued, and IAT certification or willingness to pursue it is a bonus. Why us?
