We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher for Maittorpan Daycare in Vantaa for a permanent position starting 1.9.2026 or by agreement. The daycare operates four groups in a calm residential area and actively uses local playgrounds and forest walks. The facility supports strong small-group activities in line with the early childhood education plan. We participate in the ProVaka model which emphasizes positive reinforcement and inclusive practice, with adults as role models for the children and a unified approach to guidance that nurtures social skills. We also have a development-focused unit nurse who supports family collaboration. You will work in a supportive environment aimed at growth and a positive atmosphere. One sak-day is planned for the work shift, and all teachers share a common sak-time once per week. We value multilingualism, inclusion, positive pedagogy, activity, movement and play, and expect enthusiasm and skill in pedagogical play and the use of imagery to support communication.
