Boring machine operator

Sorvaaja Lohjalle! We are looking for an experienced turning operator for our client in Lohja. The job is temporary for 2-3 months and may extend longer with the possibility of direct employment with the client over time. The client also offers accommodation in Lohja as needed. Customer company operates in mixing technology and specializes in production of mixers and special pumps. Their factory is located in Lohja and work is performed from there. Your duties include programming and operating CNC lathes primarily with FANUC controls. GibbsCAM software and Okuma control system are also in use. You will use PUMA 2100 LSY turning lathes and PUMA 2600 and PUMA 5100 high-speed milling machines. Workpieces are aluminum and titanium; diameters range from 6–800 mm and maximum working length is 1500 mm. Requirements: a basic degree in machine and production technology; strong proficiency with FANUC controls; experience with PUMA 2100 LSY counter-work lathe and PUMA 2600 and PUMA 5100 machines; valid occupational safety card and hot-work card; Finnish and English language skills. GibbsCAM and Okuma experience is an asset but not essential. We offer a responsible role in a pleasant team; salary according to collective agreement and provided work gear.
