Nurse

We are seeking a nurse to join Attendo Villa Lauriina in Espoo, Finland, to care for elderly residents with high-quality, safe and individualized care throughout the care relationship. Villa Lauriina is a 35-bed elderly care home in Muuralan, Espoo. We strive to meet residents’ physical, psychological and social needs, maintain their functional capacity and respect their autonomy. The role involves supporting residents in daily activities, supervising medication administration and training the team in medication management, monitoring health status and responding to changes, collaborating with doctors, families and other partners, and acting as a professional support for care assistants. The position is full-time and permanent, with morning shifts on weekdays; start date negotiable. The collective agreement for private social services applies to salary, with a salary range of 2850.98–3110.42 EUR per month, plus a local allowance of 85.77 EUR/month for full-time staff.
