The position is for a Business Partner in the People and Culture team, based in Hyvinkää with primary work in the Oulu region. The Business Partner acts as a partner to the business leaders and supervisors on HR matters, employee experience and organizational development. The role includes supporting HR processes, recruitment, employment terms and the lifecycle of employment, as well as daily HR system management, time tracking, and TES-related matters. You will participate in developing HR processes, leveraging data, analytics and AI to improve the employee experience and operations. You will report to the Head of People & Culture for Oulun Energia and work with colleagues across the Kiertotalous (circular economy) business areas. The role emphasizes building trust, finding solutions, and driving initiatives that align people with business growth.
