Traffic Store Manager

We are seeking a full-time Traffic Store Manager for Tupoksen ABC operated by ABC Tupoksen, Osuuskauppa Arina in Liminka. The role is to lead Tupoksen ABC operations in a holistic way: ensure a high-quality customer experience, motivate staff, and drive the business forward with a goal-oriented approach. Lead the operation from the front with personal example, focusing on people and customer satisfaction as our core values. The candidate should have a passion for serving customers with a big heart and an enthusiastic ability to guide the team to top performance. Ability to manage pressure and adapt to varying situations is required. Prior experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or retail sector is preferred.
