We are seeking a financing specialist to strengthen our personal financing team. Your role includes leading personal customer financing negotiations from start to finish, helping both new and existing customers find financing solutions that fit their life situations, and building long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent service both at the office and through digital channels. You will support customers with mortgage loans, consumer loans, savings, and personal financial planning. You will enable customers to realise their dreams through knowledgeable and responsible guidance. The Western Uusimaa Savings Bank operates in Espoo, Hanko, Inkoo, Karkkila, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Lohja, Raasepori, Vantaa and Vihti. Tasks require working at offices, but the position allows partial remote work. In Lohja you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding during the first weeks. We are looking for a person with an independent, proactive and active work approach. Customer-centric and responsible mindset, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to work across teams, team-player attitude and a solution-oriented approach. You strive to ensure excellent customer experience in every encounter — service without fuss. You have excellent time management and calendar management skills. We expect banking and finance sector experience and solid knowledge of secured and unsecured loans. At least one year of experience in financial negotiations and loan products. Swedish and/or English language skills are considered an advantage. You have completed the Investment Services Qualification (APV1).
