About the role

Functions: Incoming Materials Quality Assurance Define and maintain incoming inspection criteria and control plans. Verify that raw materials and components meet technical and quality specifications. Coordinate inspections, testing, and validation of incoming goods. Manage non-conforming materials including segregation, documentation, and disposition. Support supplier quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions. Prepare reports on incoming defects, in-process quality performance, and corrective actions. Manufacturing Process Quality Assurance Develop and implement process FMEA & quality control plans. Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with standards. Apply statistical process control (SPC) to track process stability and capability. Identify process deviations and lead corrective/preventive actions. Lead root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa. Ensure proper use of quality tools (Poka-Yoke, visual controls, mistake-proofing). Implement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, customer claims and COPQ. Ensure compliance with quality management systems (ISO 9001 and applicable product certifications). Support internal certification audits. Ensure traceability and proper recordkeeping of inspections and test results. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Experience in both incoming inspection and manufacturing process control.
  • Knowledge of quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans.
  • Familiarity with metrology and inspection techniques.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems and quality software.
