Responsibilities
- Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete commercial and procurement contracts
- Develop templates, playbooks, and standard terms
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations
- Track renewals and maintain contract repository
- Own end-to-end procurement process from requisition to payment
- Foster vendor governance and performance tracking
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of contract management, vendor procurement, and/or commercial legal experience
- Experience in technology transactions and vendor engagements
- Proven ability to lead an end-to-end procurement process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to implement efficient processes and policies
- Self-starter who can multitask and work independently
