We are looking for an Office Property Manager for a permanent position. As an Office Property Manager, you will work in close cooperation with property managers, housing company boards, shareholders, and residents. The role combines expert property management work with the administrative tasks of a property secretary. Your tasks - Responsible for the daily customer service of housing companies - Preparing meeting materials and minutes - Maintaining shareholder and resident information - Handling maintenance fee and usage charge matters together with our accountants - Coordinating practical matters related to maintenance and repairs - Ordering and monitoring maintenance, repair, and expert services - Drafting notices and handling other housing company communications - Assisting property managers in meeting preparation and the implementation of decisions - Participating in general meetings and board meetings as needed We value experience and education suitable for the property management industry (e.g., IAT, KISI). We expect good IT skills, as well as oral and written customer service skills, and a sales and marketing-oriented mindset.
