Resource Childcare Worker

We are seeking a resource childcare worker to contribute to Swedish-speaking day care in Vanda, with placements at Håkansböle and Trollebo day cares. The role involves providing safety, care and support to children, assisting pedagogical teams across groups, and cooperating with multiprofessional colleagues to foster an inclusive, healthy and sustainable working culture with the child’s best interest at the forefront. Key responsibilities include collaborating in teams, communicating calmly and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and responding to each child’s individual needs. The position offers a warm, supportive work community, opportunities to develop and test new approaches, and a focus on the well-being and participation of both children and adults. Employment terms are fixed-term with a long start and end window, with full-time hours and a 38h15min weekly schedule; salary is 2553.28 EUR per month, with potential supplements based on prior experience. Requirements include competence in Swedish and basic collaboration with the Swedish-speaking service area.
