Finnpilot’s pilotage dispatch center in Helsinki coordinates pilotage for the entire country 24/7, year round. The pilotage broker’s duties include receiving pilot orders and their advance information from ships and their representatives navigating Finnish waters, planning and organizing pilots’ smooth and safe movements according to orders, and maintaining and developing the pilotage process. You are the person we are looking for if you are proactive, customer-service oriented, have good organizational skills, and can handle pressure in a sometimes hectic work environment. Additionally, you should have good language skills (Finnish and English, Swedish knowledge is an asset) and basic IT skills. Maritime knowledge is an asset for performing the job.
