About the role

Be the key driver connecting design, construction, and commercial strategy to win and deliver landmark projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead major construction projects from early-stage planning and design specification integration to on-site execution. By promoting Hilti’s integrated solutions (products, services, and software) and coordinating cross-functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Logistics, you will strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and maximize project business opportunities and sales results. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering background preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. • Experience in project management or team leadership. • Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels. • Strong business sense and long-term strategic thinking. • Ability to promote integrated solutions including products, services, and software.
